PYPPIN.com (hereinafter PYPPIN) offers a web shop via our website pyppin.com. As part of the services we offer, we process personal data. This privacy statement tells you what personal data we process and what we do with your personal data.

Placing and handling orders

When you request a return via our website, we process your personal data. We process this personal data in order to complete your return request and to perform our agreement with you as our customer.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

·        Billing details

·        Reason for return

·        IP-address

We store this personal data for one year after your return has been processed. Some personal data may be stored longer if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., because of the tax retention obligation).

If you send us an e-mail, contact us via our social media platforms or file a complaint, we process your personal data. We process this personal data to answer your questions, send you requested information or to address your complaint in the course of our agreement with you as our customer.

We store your personal data and the correspondence for as long as is necessary for answering your questions, sending requested information or addressing your complaints, but no longer than two years after we last were in contact with you.
