Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Company of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The Company will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding standard delivery costs and any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered. Reimbursement may be withheld until the Company has received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
(b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
(c) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(d) other exclusions provided under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Commercial Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Company may, at its discretion, accept voluntary returns under its commercial return policy.

Returns outside the statutory withdrawal period are accepted only if the goods are unused, complete, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or to reduce the refund amount if the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Unless required by mandatory law, the Company does not offer free returns under its commercial return policy.
