- Scope and Applicability
2.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website and all contracts for the sale of goods concluded between the Company and consumers within the meaning of Article 2 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
2.2 These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Website. By placing an order, the customer (the “Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2.3 Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by the Customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
- Eligibility
3.1 Orders may only be placed by natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and who act for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel orders placed in breach of this provision.
- Products and Availability
4.1 The products offered on the Website consist of general consumer goods, including but not limited to household and lifestyle products.
4.2 Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations, including in colour, packaging, design, or technical specifications, shall not constitute a lack of conformity provided the product remains fit for its ordinary purpose.
4.3 All products are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
- Contract Formation
5.1 The presentation of products on the Website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to treat.
5.2 By placing an order, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
5.3 The contract is concluded only when the Company sends an express order confirmation or dispatch confirmation by email. The Company reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion, in particular in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
- Prices and Payment
6.1 All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise indicated.
6.2 Delivery costs are indicated separately during the checkout process and are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The Company reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods or to require advance payment.
6.4 In the event of unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals, the Company reserves the right to recover associated administrative and banking costs to the extent permitted by law.
- Delivery and Risk
7.1 Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Customer during checkout.
7.2 Delivery times indicated on the Website are estimates and not binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7.3 Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical possession of the goods.
7.4 If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer, the Company may charge additional shipping and handling costs for re-delivery.
7.5 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, supply chain disruptions, carrier issues, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
8.2 The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company of the decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
8.4 The Customer shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which withdrawal was communicated.
8.5 The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
8.6 The Company may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
8.7 The Company shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, excluding standard delivery costs and supplementary costs arising from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
8.8 The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
8.9 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
(a) goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
(b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
(c) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(d) other exclusions provided under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Commercial Return Policy
9.1 In addition to statutory rights, the Company may accept voluntary returns under its commercial policy.
9.2 Returns outside the statutory withdrawal right are accepted only if the goods are unused, complete, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
9.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or to reduce the refund amount if returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.
9.4 The Company does not offer free returns unless required by mandatory law.
- Legal Guarantee of Conformity
10.1 Consumers are entitled to a guarantee of conformity for a period of 3 months from delivery.
10.2 In the event of lack of conformity, the product may be returned and will be replaced upon return, unless such remedy is impossible or disproportionate.
- Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Company shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
11.2 In cases of slight negligence, the Company shall be liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
11.3 The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11.4 Any further liability is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

12.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
12.2 Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.
- Account Suspension and Abuse
13.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts or refuse future orders in cases of fraud, abuse of withdrawal rights, excessive returns, unjustified chargebacks, or other violations of these Terms.
13.2 Such measures shall not affect statutory consumer rights.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
15.2 Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the Customer has habitual residence shall remain unaffected.
- Dispute Resolution
16.1 The Company is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by mandatory law.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
